1. Introduction
Welcome to Best You Clinic. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Best You Clinic’s Membership services. By signing up for a membership, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Payments
All treatments included in the membership must be paid for in advance through monthly installments. Membership payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method you provide. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

3. Profhilo Treatment
For members receiving Profhilo treatment, please be aware that an additional booster treatment may be required if you are new to this treatment. This booster treatment is not covered by the membership and will incur an additional cost.

4. Additional Treatments
If you would like to add an additional area of botulinum toxin, an extra cost of £40 will apply.

5. Chemical Peel
The free chemical peel included in your membership must be carried out in conjunction with a membership treatment. You agree to take care in the sun and to stop using any active skincare products at least three days before the peel.

6. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of £30 will be applied to your account. This charge will be automatically deducted from your provided payment method.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Best You Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.

8. Termination of Membership
You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to Best You Clinic. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Best You Clinic reserves the right to terminate your membership at its discretion if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

9. Liability
Best You Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by you under the membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.
